1. How unique is your solution?
CustomView® is an end to end solution for your business needs. eStore provides a complete set of tools to do business online. eDistribute, which is part of eStore, helps you to build company stores with individual branding selling your product. eVirtual helps you to provide the ability for your users to personalize and send virtual proofs. IntelliF® lets you create dynamic flyers with your logo and contact information and share it with clients anytime you want. eGain is the communication module that helps promote cohesive communication between supplier and distributor pertaining to end-user product requests, samples, and quotations.
2. I have several thousands of products, should we manually implement CustomView® eVitual product?
CustomView® eVirtual advanced is a dynamic solution which interacts with your database and queries it to get the product attributes about the image and specifications. Once you allow access to your database, it can dynamically pick up any product image and will let the customer to personalize it according to your specifications. The dynamic solution is supported only for 2D eVirtual.
3. Can we implement CustomView® without changing our existing IT infrastructure?
Yes you can. The solution comes with easy, flexible options and supports both hosting in our server and implementing it in your server. It doesn’t alter any of your existing IT infrastructure as the solution can seamlessly integrate into your existing applications.
4. Does CustomView® have both 2D and 3D abilities?
Yes. With CustomView® you have the ability to show both the 2D and 3D images of the product. And both versions support all functionalities including uploading images, logo, adding text, changing color, and adding shapes.
5. Will I be able to see what my customer has ordered online?
Once your customer has personalized the product using eVirtual and eVirtual 3D, the virtual proof becomes part of your order. A copy of the customized product is sent to you, your production, your customer service department, and to the customer so that you eliminate any chance of miscommunication.
6. Does quality of the image matters to CustomView®?
Yes, it does. We recommend 300dpi-resolution images or more to have the desired effect on the customers. The reason for that is quite simple. Through eVirtual, customers are able to see a virtual sample and you can eliminate ‘walk-aways’ from your web-site, a higher resolution image helps in clarity. This is not required for eVirtual Advanced as it uses the existing image from your system and the quality will be dependent on it.
7. Can your solution integrate with our third party systems like Accounting, CRM?
CustomView® eIntegrate module helps our solution to seamlessly integrate with your other systems so that you don’t have to change your existing user interface.
8. Can my supply chain have access to your technology?
With the eDistribute module of CustomView®, you can leverage our technology and make it available to your distributor and also sign-up additional distributors to have your products showcased in more areas.
9. Can eDistribute work independently?
All our modules are designed to work as a plug-in to your existing application. eDistribute is no different. eDistribute enables you to build independent store-front for your customers, distributors. The customers, products are unique to that store front but all orders/payment processing are done through your primary eStore. A fully functional store can be built in few hours.
10. What fonts can eVirtual support?
eVirtual supports varied fonts. It also supports various imprint techniques including debossing, engraving, full color, and embroidery.
